4 Injured in Azusa Bus Crash at Virginia Avenue and Foothill Boulevard
AZUSA, CA (March 19, 2022) – Several were injured after a bus crash at Virginia Avenue and Foothill Boulevard in Azusa.
According to the CBS Los Angeles and My News LA, the accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 12:14 p.m.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department said five vehicles and a bus collided for an unknown reason in Azusa. All six crashed at the intersection of Virginia Avenue and Foothill Boulevard.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found a total of four people who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel took all four patients to hospitals for treatment of unspecified injuries. The reports did not release the names of all the wounded parties.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Virginia and Foothill to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Azusa crash is still under investigation.
