Baker: Fatal Motorcycle, Truck Crash on Interstate 15

At Least 1 Killed in Collision Near Hollow Hills Wilderness

Baker, CA (November 5, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a deadly traffic accident that occurred on the Interstate 15 Freeway.

On Saturday, a collision between a motorcycle and a semi truck took place on the freeway in Baker near Hollow Hills Wilderness. Our sources indicated the force from the impact ejected the two riders from the motorbike. According to the CHP dispatch, one person ended up lying near the center divider; and the other landed on the right-hand shoulder of I-15.

Emergency crews arrived at the crash site shortly after 4:16 p.m. First responders immediately rendered aid to the two riders. After the evaluation, paramedics sadly pronounced one person dead. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.

Meanwhile, information on the other rider have not been discussed thus far.

Detectives stayed at the scene the whole afternoon. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine exactly how and why the deadly accident happened on Interstate 15 in Baker.
