BAKER, California (December 30, 2016) — At least one person has died in a solo crash on the Interstate 15 Mojave Freeway, just south of Death Valley Road, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The crash took place about 6:25 a.m. Friday morning. The driver of an overturned Toyota sedan crashed in what may have been a solo crash. The report does not give specific details about whether other vehicles were involved or if there was more than one person in the car.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash and liability.
