BAKERSFIELD, California (February 6, 2017) – Two people were hospitalized after a traffic collision in the area of California and Union avenues on Monday afternoon, according to 23 ABC News.
The accident involving three vehicles took place around 12:09 p.m.
As per the article, witnesses claimed that the crash occurred when a Culligan delivery truck was rear-ended. The driver of a vehicle traveling behind the truck stepped on the gas pedal instead of the brake.
Two people were taken to a local hospital for treatment and were listed apparently in moderate condition. Their names were not immediately released.
