2-Vehicle Collision Near Laval Road
Bakersfield, CA (January 28, 2023) – A traffic accident involving a shuttle bus occurred on the Interstate 5 Freeway, the KGET News reported.
Our sources indicated the shuttle bus collided with a passenger vehicle near Laval Road Thursday, January 26. Additional details on the description of the automobiles found at the scene have not been discussed thus far.
Major Traffic Accident on Interstate 5 Near Bakersfield
Shortly after 3:30 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics checked the conditions of all the occupants in the shuttle bus and the passenger vehicle. After the evaluation, authorities mentioned some people complained of pain. The names of the people hurt, and their conditions at this time remained unknown.
The Kern County Fire Department responders blocked off lanes one and two of I-5 to give way to the investigation process. At this time, detectives continue to work to determine exactly how and why the crash happened on Interstate 5 in Bakersfield.
