Minor Injury Crash on Airport Drive in North Bakersfield
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (Oct. 3, 2023) — A three-vehicle Bakersfield car accident happened Tuesday afternoon at Airport Drive and Lincoln Avenue near Oildale.
The multi-vehicle collision occurred about 2:38 a.m. on Oct. 3rd in Kern County, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The drivers of a red Mitsubishi Outlander, a silver Kia Sorento and a grey SUV were involved.
Paramedics responded to help those hurt in the crash including two of the three people who were riding in the Kia SUV, the report said. They were treated for minor injuries, but it’s unknown if they were taken to a hospital or not.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the Kia and the Mitsubishi from the intersection.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
