1 Injured in Bakersfield Crash on Highway 99 Near White Lane
BAKERSFIELD, CA (March 28, 2023) – A crash left one person injured on Highway 99 near White Lane in Bakersfield.
According to an article published by the Kern Golden Empire, the accident took place on Tuesday morning. Officers reported the wreck on March 28 at around 8:11 a.m.
The incident happened when three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Bakersfield. The cars crashed on the northbound side of Highway 99 just south of White Lane.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found at least one individual who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then provided treatment to the patient for the minor injuries they sustained in the accident. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced a stretch of Highway 99 to shut down near White Lane following the wreck. The cause of the Bakersfield crash is still under investigation.
