Multi-Vehicle Collision Near California Avenue

Bakersfield, CA (October 28, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Highway 99.

The KGET News reported a collision involving multiple vehicles took place in the southbound side of the highway near California Avenue. According to the article published online, the incident involved a semi truck and two vans.

Due to the force from the impact, the truck overturned and came to a rest in the center divider of the highway.

Emergency crews responded to the site shortly after 1:43 p.m. Medical personnel checked the conditions of all parties involved in the wreck. After the evaluation, officials confirmed one person sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash. Personal information on the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
