2 Injured in Bakersfield Crash at Rosedale Highway and Landco Drive
BAKERSFIELD, CA (October 10, 2022) – Two were injured after a car crash at Rosedale Highway and Landco Drive in Bakersfield.
According to an article published by the Kern Golden Empire, the accident took place last week on Wednesday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 6:51 a.m.
The incident happened on October 5 when three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Bakersfield. The cars crashed at the intersection of Rosedale Highway and Landco Drive.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
The California Highway Patrol said airbags in the vehicles deployed due to the impact of the collision. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
Two people ended up hurt as a result of the accident. One of the victims, an elderly man, sustained injuries to his face while the other person obtained unspecified injuries following the wreck.
Medical personnel then provided treatment to the patients at the site. The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Rosedale and Landco to shut down after the incident. The cause of the Bakersfield crash is still under investigation.
