1 Seriously Injured in Bakersfield Crash Near Rosedale Highway and Landco Drive
BAKERSFIELD, CA (May 19, 2021) – A car crash near Rosedale Highway and Landco Drive seriously injured at least one person in Bakersfield.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 3:38 p.m.
The report log said three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Bakersfield. They crashed near the intersection of Rosedale Highway, known as Highway 58, and Landco Drive.

CHP described the cars involved as a gray GMC pickup truck and white Toyota RAV4 and a white SUV. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near Highway 99.
Medical personnel then found one individual who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision. They took the wounded party to a hospital for treatment.
The name of the patient and their condition at this time were not disclosed. Meanwhile, CHP forced the intersection of Rosedale Highway and Landco Drive to close following the wreck.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Bakersfield crash.
