Fatal Hit-and-Run Collision Near South Real Road

Bakersfield, CA (December 2, 2022) – A pedestrian died following a suspected hit-and-run crash that happened on White Lane Friday, the KGET News reported.

Our sources indicated a man was struck by a vehicle in the area near South Real Road in Bakersfield. Officials said the catastrophic incident took place around 9:45 p.m.

Responding paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim, but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and passed away. The Kern County Coroner’s Office continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
