1 Killed in Possible DUI Car Crash on Granite Road Wednesday
BAKERSFIELD, Ca (July 1, 2020) – One person died, and two others suffered injuries following a traffic collision triggered by a suspected intoxicated driver on Granite Road.
According to Bakersfield Now, a solo-car rolled over on Granite near Formoso Road Wednesday morning.
Emergency teams arrived at the scene shortly after 8:20 a.m. and found three occupants trapped in the wreckage.
Officials later confirmed the crash sadly killed one person. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.

The other two parties reportedly sustained minor injuries as a result of the mishap. Police also continue to withhold the names of the patients pending confirmation.
Meanwhile, our sources indicated alcohol may have possibly played a factor in the deadly crash.
