Girl, 7, Killed in Traffic Collision on Rosamond Boulevard Sunday
Bakersfield, CA (June 1, 2021) – A 7-year-old girl died following a car crash on Rosamond Boulevard in Bakersfield late Sunday evening, the KGET News reported.
Our sources indicated the juvenile was a passenger in a vehicle traveling east on Rosamond Boulevard. When the vehicle approached the area near Edwards Air Force Base, the driver lost control of the car.
According to the article published online, the vehicle overturned near the west gate of the base in Bakersfield. The catastrophic incident took place at about 11:10 p.m.

Responding paramedics reportedly performed life-saving measures to the child but she sadly succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene. Authorities continue to withhold the name of the deceased because of her age.
The condition of other parties involved in the wreck have not been discussed thus far.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the fatal car crash on Rosamond Boulevard is underway.
