A full investigation into what caused this major-injury crash is underway.
We extend our heartfelt prayers to the injured driver.
There are many steps that should be taken following a collision, but if you were injured the first step should be to obtain medical help. A police report will be necessary to file an insurance claim against the at-fault driver who caused the collision. However, it’s important to note that many insurance companies will fight these claims or offer far less than a person is owed.
We hope you are able to get the help you need, but if not call us at 855-703-4186 to request a free consultation.
