Woman Hit and Injured by Vehicle at Union Avenue and Belle Terrace Wednesday
Bakersfield, CA (May 12, 2021) – A pedestrian suffered injuries following a traffic accident in the area of South Union Avenue and Belle Terrace Wednesday evening.
According to the Bakersfield Now, a vehicle struck a female party in the 1000 block of South Union Avenue. The collision happened near Golden West Casino in southeast Bakersfield.

Medical personnel arrived at the crash site shortly after 10:45 p.m. First responders reportedly found the pedestrian suffering from unknown injuries. Due to the condition of the woman, paramedics transported her to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities continue to withhold the name of the patient pending confirmation.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver involved in the crash.
Investigators handling the case continue to work at this time to determine exactly how and why the pedestrian accident at Union Avenue and Belle Terrace happened.
