Pedestrian Struck, Killed in Golden Hills Area
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (May 9, 2022) — A fatal pedestrian accident happened Sunday night on Valley Boulevard in the Golden Hills area of Bakersfield.
The traffic accident occurred around 9:20 p.m. on May 8th near Santa Lucia Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Someone called 911 to report the incident and mentioned the pedestrian stepped in front of their vehicle.
The Kern County Coroner’s Office has not yet identified the victim.
