1 Injured in Bakersfield Crash at Truxtun Avenue and Coffee Road
BAKERSFIELD, CA (July 15, 2022) – One was injured after a police car crash at Truxtun Avenue and Coffee Road in Bakersfield.
According to an article published by the Bakersfield Now, the accident took place late Friday night. Officers reported the wreck shortly before 10 p.m.
A Bakersfield Police patrol car and two more vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city. The three crashed on Truxtun Avenue at the intersection with Coffee Road.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found at least one person who complained of pain as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then provided treatment to the patient for the minor injuries they sustained in the incident. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, police forced the area of Truxtun and Coffee to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Bakersfield crash is still under investigation.
