Bakersfield, CA (November 12, 2022) – A California Highway Patrol officer suffered injuries following a traffic accident that happened on Panama Lane Friday afternoon.

The KGET News reported the deputy was riding a motorbike traveling near Fort Henry Way in Bakersfield. Our sources indicated the motorcyclist collided with another vehicle on Panama Lane just west of Old River Road. The description of the car involved in the crash have not been revealed thus far.

Shortly after 2 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics attended to the CHP officers, then transported them to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation. The name of the injured party, and their condition at this time remained unknown.
