BAKERSFIELD, California (April 15, 2015) — A car overturned onto its roof and people were trapped inside following a two-vehicle collision on the northbound Highway 99, near Highway 46, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
About 6:12 a.m., CHP officers say a gray Nissan Altima collided with another driver whose car overturned in the No. 3 lane. Paramedics were called to respond to the scene of the accident and assist those who were hurt.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash to determine who is liable.
“Hopefully those involved in the crash have a full recovery,” said Attorney James Johnson.
