Motorcyclist Injured in Car Accident on I-10 Freeway

BALDWIN PARK, Calif. (August 22, 2023) — A motorcycle versus car accident happened Tuesday on the westbound Interstate 10 Freeway, just east of Frazier Street in Baldwin Park.

The two-vehicle collision occurred around 7:08 a.m. on August 22nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the drivers of a dark colored sedan, a white Chevrolet Impala and the motorcyclist riding a black bike were involved.

It’s unknown what led to the crash in the HOV and No. 1 lanes of the freeway.

Paramedics with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help the injured rider, but there are no further details.

Meanwhile, a tow truck removed the motorcycle from the roadway.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Baldwin Park motorcycle accident.

The case remains under investigation.
