BARSTOW, California (July 10, 2014) – Two cars and a big rig truck collided Thursday morning in an injury crash on the southbound Interstate 15 Freeway just north of Halloran Springs Road, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch report.
About 8:36 a.m., CHP officials reported a gray dual-cab pickup truck, a gray Honda sedan and a semi-tractor trailer truck were involved in a traffic accident. There were six people in the three vehicles, however, only one person suffered minor to moderate injuries in the crash, the report said.
The Nos. 1 and 2 lanes were closed down due to debris in the roadway.
Police are investigating this crash to determine liability and will issue a report with their findings that will be available to all parties involved.
