BARSTOW: Multi-Vehicle Crash Interstate 15 Freeway, Near Yermo, Calif. BARSTOW, Calif. (July 8, 2022) — A multi-vehicle crash happened Friday morning on the Interstate 15 Freeway, just east of Yermo and Barstow.

The collision occurred about 6:58 a.m. on July 8th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The drivers of a semi-truck and at least two other vehicles collided due to unknown circumstances.

One of the motorists was driving a silver Mercedes Benz ML500 that went off the roadway by about 50 feet.

Paramedics responded to help the injured and they requested a helicopter to transport at least one person to a hospital in unknown condition.

Meanwhile, investigators are working to determine fault for the crash.
