Driver Injured in Bay Ho Crash on Morena Boulevard Near Costco
SAN DIEGO, CA (July 9, 2022) – One was hospitalized after a car crash on Morena Boulevard in the Bay Ho neighborhood of San Diego.
According to an article published by the FOX 5 News, the accident took place on Saturday evening. Officers reported the wreck at around 4:45 p.m.
The San Diego Fire Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Bay Ho. The cars crashed in the 4600 block of Morena Boulevard.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene in front of the Costco. They then freed one trapped driver from the wreckage.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced a stretch of Morena Boulevard to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Bay Ho crash is still under investigation.
