Multi-Vehicle Car Accident on State Route 4
BAY POINT, Calif. (June 6, 2023) — A multi-vehicle Bay Point crash happened Tuesday morning on Highway 4 near the Willow Pass Road on ramp.
The 3-vehicle collision occurred around 8:27 a.m. on Tuesday, June 6th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a Ford Fusion, a grey Nissan Versa and a black sedan were involved in the wreck on the westbound State Route 4. The vehicles blocked the Nos. 1 through 3 lanes of the highway.
Paramedics responded to help those with injuries, but there are no further details. Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the Nissan with major front-end damage and the Ford with left rear-end damage from the roadway.
Investigators are piecing together what happened to determine fault for the Bay Point crash on Highway 4.
