Motorcycle Rider Hurt in Crash on Highway 4 in Bay Point Area
BAY POINT, Calif. (May 23, 2022) — A Bay Point motorcycle accident happened Monday morning on Highway 4 near Bailey Road.
The two-vehicle collision occurred about 6:38 p.m. on May 23nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the motorcycle rider was located near the center divider on the westbound side of State Route 4, police said.
Paramedics with the Contra Costa County Fire Department responded to the scene of the collision to help those who were hurt.
The rider suffered minor injuries including complaints of pain in his or her right leg.
They transported the injured motorcyclist to a hospital for follow-up treatment.
The CHP is heading up the investigation.
