BEAUMONT, California (November 13, 2016) – Three were hospitalized after a traffic collision on the eastbound Highway 60 transition road to the eastbound 10 Freeway, according to The Press Enterprise.
The fiery crash was reported about 8:44 p.m.
As per the article, a statement released by Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire said two vehicles were involved in the accident. One car was unoccupied and on fire while the other had three people pinned inside.
The trapped occupants were extricated and then transported to the hospital for treatment. Two patients were seriously injured and the third sustained injuries described as minor.
Their names and condition at this time were not immediately available.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
