Beaumont: Deadly Pedestrian Accident on Highway 10

Vehicle Strikes, Kills Man Near Oak Valley Parkway

Beaumont, CA (November 20, 2022) – A pedestrian died following a traffic accident that occurred on Christopher Columbus Transcontinental (10) Highway Sunday, according to My News LA.

Earlier reports indicated a vehicle struck an individual on the highway near Oak Valley Parkway at mile marker 6. Officials said the catastrophic incident took place around 6:46 p.m.

Pedestrian Dies in Beaumont Accident on Highway 10

When rescue teams arrived at the crash site, they found a body lying on the ground. Responding paramedics performed life-saving measures to the injured pedestrian, but they sadly died at the scene. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin of kin.

Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event have not been discussed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the deadly pedestrian accident that happened on Christopher Columbus Transcontinental (10) Highway in Beaumont.
