Child Hit and Injured by Car on Cougar Way Near Mountain View Middle School in Beaumont
BEAUMONT (February 26, 2018) – A pedestrian accident occurred on Cougar Way near Mountain View Middle School Monday afternoon, according to the Press Enterprise.
At approximately 3:12 p.m., a juvenile was reportedly struck by a vehicle heading west on Cougar Way, just east of Beaumont Avenue.
Paramedics rescued the child from the scene and transported the victim to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The name of the juvenile and their condition at this time remained undisclosed.

Officials said the involved motorist was unharmed in the incident.
