BELMONT, Calif. (August 3, 2023) — A 62-year-old woman was injured in a Belmont car crash on Ralston Avenue near the eastbound 92 Freeway at Christian Drive.
The two-vehicle collision occurred around 11:12 a.m. on August 3rd, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The drivers of a Hyundai Elantra and a second vehicle were involved.
The woman was riding in one of the vehicles and suffered a head injury. Paramedics responded with Belmont police to the scene.
They treated the woman for minor injuries, but it’s unknown if she was taken to a hospital or not.
Meanwhile, a tow truck removed the Hyundai as it had a blown out tire and other damage.
An investigation into liability is underway.
