Man Fatally Struck by Vehicle Near Olive Drive

Bakersfield, CA (April 22, 2023) – Ben Cano, a 33-year-old man, died following a pedestrian accident that occurred on State Route Highway 99 Monday afternoon, April 17.

The KGET News reported a vehicle struck an individual on SR-99 near Olive Drive. According to the article published online, the pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision. Responding paramedics rendered aid to the victim but they eventually succumbed to their injuries and passed away.
