Rider, 25, Fatal Victim in Collision at 34th Street and Balboa Boulevard Saturday
Newport Beach, CA (November 22, 2021) – Benjamin Gusenkov, a 25-year-old Laguna Nigel resident, died following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of 34th Street and Balboa Boulevard.
The Orange County Register News reported Benjamin Gusenkov was riding a motorcycle traveling in the streets of Newport Beach. When the motorcyclist approached the intersection at 34th Street and Balboa Boulevard, he collided into a BMW sedan heading at an unknown direction.
Officials mentioned the horrible crash took place on November 20, Saturday.
Benjamin Gusenkov Killed in Newport Beach Motorcycle Accident
Shortly after 7 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the accident scene. Responding medical personnel immediately rendered aid to the injured motorcyclist. Sadly, Benjamin Gusenkov succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office confirmed the identity of the deceased.
Additional details on the horrible crash have not been discussed thus far. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine the precise cause of the deadly motorcycle accident.
