Major Injury Collision on 10 Freeway Sunday
Bermuda Dunes, CA (October 10, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on the Interstate 10 Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Initial records indicated a single-vehicle crashed while traveling west on the freeway in Bermuda Dunes. The collision took place near Mile Marker 49 at Washington Street.
The CHP logged the case at about 5:20 a.m.

When emergency teams arrived at the location, they found the car smashed against a tree. Officials added the car hit multiple other palm trees as it rolled off the traffic lanes. Paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims in the collision. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed one person suffered major injuries as a result of the wreck.
Additional details on the crash have not been revealed thus far. Given that, detectives stayed at the scene the whole morning to investigate the precise cause of the car accident in Bermuda Dunes.
