Bianca Flores, 19, Killed in Bakersfield Street Racing Crash on Panama Lane
BAKERSFIELD, CA (February 3, 2022) – Bianca Flores was killed after a street racing crash on Panama Lane in Bakersfield.
The coroner’s office identified the 19-year-old Arvin man as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place on Wednesday.
The incident began when Bianca Danielle Flores was driving west on Panama Lane in Bakersfield. At the same time, a Ford Mustang and a motorcycle were street racing on the eastbound side of the road.
Police said the driver of the Mustang, 35-year-old Iqbal Singh, then lost control of his car. He crossed into westbound traffic and slammed head-on into the first vehicle, just west of Akers Road.

Bianca Flores died at the scene of the crash. Her passenger, a woman, ended up suffering from moderate injuries as a result of the collision.
Paramedics rushed her to a hospital for a treatment. The Kern Golden Empire and 23 ABC News wrote that the accident occurred at around 6:20 p.m.
Meanwhile, CHP added that the Mustang caught fire upon impact. Medical personnel took Iqbal Singh for the injuries he sustained in the crash.
Police soon arrested him for murder, vehicular manslaughter, vehicular speed contest and other charges. They added that the motorcyclist did not stop to render aid and fled the area.
