Teen or Child on Bike Hit by Car in Mission Viejo
MISSION VIEJO, Calif. (August 16, 2023) — A juvenile riding a bicycle was injured Wednesday in a car accident at Naciente Street and Sendero Way in Mission Viejo.
The collision occurred around 1:48 p.m. on August 16th, according to California Highway Patrol.
A driver struck the unidentified young person due to unknown circumstances.
Paramedics responded with an ambulance to help the bike rider who suffered a leg injury. It’s unknown if the person was hospitalized or treated only at the scene.
Meanwhile, police responded to the scene and they are investigating the circumstances leading to the Mission Viejo bicycle accident and will determine fault.
