Minor Injury Bicycle Accident on Florin Road Near Home Depot
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (July 24, 2024) — A minor injury bicycle accident happened Wednesday afternoon on Florin Road and East Parkway in Sacramento.
The traffic accident occurred at around 5:31 p.m. on July 24th, near Home Depot, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch report.
CHP officials reported the Sacramento Fire Department responded to the crash scene near the entrance to the Home Depot parking lot.
They located the injured rider who was conscious and speaking to them about his or her injuries. An ambulance transported the injured cyclist to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The report did not provide details about what happened or if the motorist involved stopped and cooperated with authorities.
The case remains under investigation to determine fault.
