SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (June 5, 2018) — A bicyclist, identified as 45-year-old Efrain Garcia, died Monday afternoon after being struck by a driver allegedly engaging in a road rage incident with another motorist.

Witnesses may call investigators at 909-384-5664.
Fatal Crash Investigation
Police are investigating this collision to determine fault. At this time, it appears that Rosendo Ortiz may be responsible for the death of this bicyclist, but also Karina Saucedo could be held liable for engaging in a road rage incident that led to this person’s death.
