GARDEN GROVE, California (November 1, 2016) — A 23-year-old male bicyclist suffered moderate injuries on Halloween night when he was struck by a Garden Grove police vehicle at the coroner of Harbor and Garden Grove boulevards, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision took place about 7:30 p.m. on Monday night. The young man was taken by ambulance to a local trauma center for treatment of serious injuries.
The investigation is underway by the California Highway Patrol to determine liability.
