If a driver flees the scene after being involved in a traffic collision, it is considered as a hit-and-run. In this case, the motorist hit the bicyclist who was in the designated lane at the time and fled without providing assistance or even a contact information. The alleged suspect will be held responsible for causing the crash and serious injuries to the woman. The victim has then the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit against the at-fault party, seeking compensation for all the hospital bills, future medical needs, lost wages, property damage and other losses.

The victim and her family will need an expert and professional lawyer who will work aggressively to win the case and to help them obtain the justice they deserve.
