Truck Hits Bicycle Rider in Fatal Crash on Garden Grove Street
GARDEN GROVE, Calif. (Dec. 30, 2019) — A bicyclist died in a collision with a semi-tractor trailer truck on a street in Garden Grove.
The Orange County Sheriff Coroner reported the crash took place on Dec. 27th about 5:57 p.m.
The 31-year-old man riding the bicycle was pronounced dead at the scene about 6:07 p.m., the coroner reported. The report does not provide the details about what happened, however, the Garden Grove Police Department is heading up the investigation into the collision and liability for the fatal crash.
The coroner has not yet released the identify of the victim who died.
