Legal Help for Motorists
When you are injured in a traffic accident due to another driver’s negligence, it’s important that you take immediate steps to protect your legal rights. Although you can settle a case by negotiating directly with the insurance companies, many people hire an attorney to ensure they get fully compensated for all their losses including lost time off work. An attorney will also help you identify all parties liable for your losses. For example, if a driver is working for an employer or trucking company at the time of the collision they may also be held liable for your losses. The attorney will also determine if a government claim or a manufacturer defect such as a faulty airbag contributed to your injuries and will share responsibility. This is important if there are low insurance limits that may not cover your medical bills. Contact a quality attorney at Johnson Attorneys Group for a free consultation: 800-235-6801.
