FRESNO, Calif. (July 17, 2018) — A fiery crash between a big rig truck and an SUV was reported Tuesday morning on the southbound Highway 99 at the Fresno Street off ramp, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The collision took place about 10:55 a.m. this morning. The Honda SUV was off on the right shoulder and the truck was fully engulfed in flames. Paramedics responded to help anyone who was hurt, but there were no further details.
It’s unknown what led to the crash, but police are reviewing evidence and witness statements to determine fault.
