Bicyclist Binh Ngo Hit by Car on Brookhurst Street
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, California (Sept. 14, 2017) — Binh Ngo, 41, of Fountain Valley was killed after a suspected hit-and-run crash on Brookhurst Street, just south of Ellis Avenue, according to The Orange County Register
The fatal crash took place about 12:54 a.m. Wednesday, September 13. Ngo was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the red Ford Mustang involved did not stop to render aid and fled. Police later found and identified the suspect as 25-year-old Huntington Beach resident Justin German.
German was arrested for felony hit and run and he was booked into the Orange County Jail.
The Fountain Valley Police Department is heading up the investigation into the collision.
