1 Injured in Bloomington Hit-and-Run Crash at Cedar Avenue and 4th Street
BLOOMINGTON, CA (July 12, 2021) – At least one was injured after a hit-and-run crash at Cedar Avenue and 4th Street in Bloomington.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Saturday evening. Officers reported the wreck on July 10 at about 6:19 p.m.
According to their dispatch, two vehicles collided for an unknown in Bloomington. They crashed at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and 4th Street.
2 Cars Collide
CHP described the cars involved as a white SUV and a silver Buick Enclave. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near El Rivino Road.
Medical personnel found one person hurt as a result of the collision. They then provided treatment to the patient for the unspecified injuries they sustained in the incident.
Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that the one of the drivers involved did not stop to render aid and fled the area.
The Bloomington hit-and-run crash is still under investigation. Officers forced the intersection of Cedar Avenue and 4th Street to shut down following the wreck.
