Man Hit and Injured by Vehicle on Chartin Way
Blue Lake, CA (May 7, 2022) – A pedestrian suffered severe injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Chartin Way, the Redheaded Blackbelt News reported.
Officials said a vehicle struck an individual on Chartin Way near the roundabout in Blue Lake. The crash took place Saturday at approximately 6:30 p.m. At this time, the make and model of the car involved in the collision remained unknown.

When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found the pedestrian lying on the ground. The article published online mentioned the victim sustained injuries including wounds to their face; and a possible broken leg. Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the injured party pending confirmation.
