BLYTHE, California (April 3, 2014) – Two people suffered major injuries Wednesday afternoon in a motorcycle accident on the westbound Interstate 10 Freeway between Wiley’s Well Road and Mesa Drive, according to a press release by CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters.
About 4:40 p.m. on April 2, 2014, firefighters rushed to the scene of the solo motorcycle accident involving a rider and passenger who were critically injured.
The two injured people were transported by paramedics to a local hospital. One was taken by Careflight Air ambulance and the other by REACH air ambulance.
“Hopefully both of these people are able to have a full recovery from this devastating motorcycle accident,” said Attorney James Johnson.
