Other potential factors will be looked into as well including whether or not either the driver or the woman were under the influence at the time of the accident? Was the driver driving recklessly or over the speed limit prior to impact? What were the road conditions and how was the lighting in the vicinity of where the accident occurred? Was the victim crossing at an intersection in a marked crosswalk or designated crossing area or was she crossing outside of crossing zone or area? Each of these factors will be assessed allowing police officials to draw up a final conclusion.
