Disabled Vehicle Hit by Pickup Truck
BONITA, Calif. (Jan. 22, 2018) – At least two people were injured Monday morning when a disabled or stalled white sedan was rear-ended by a gray pickup truck on the northbound Interstate 805 Freeway, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The collision took place about 6:42 a.m. this morning near the State Route 54 interchange. Two people were seen laying in the HOV lane after the crash, but it’s unknown if they were ejected or not. Both vehicles were towed from the freeway.
The crash remains under investigation by police.
