1 Injured in Bonita Crash at Avenue 14 and Road 19
MADERA COUNTY, CA (June 23, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Avenue 14 and Road 19 in Bonita.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place on Tuesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 1:58 p.m.
The incident happened on June 22 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Bonita. The two crashed at the intersection of Avenue 14 and Road 19.
Car and Propane Truck Collide
CHP described the vehicles as red Nissan Armada and a propane truck. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found one person hurt as a result of the wreck.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the Community Regional Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Avenue 14 and Road 19 to shut down following the wreck. Authorities are still determining the cause of the Bonita crash.
