Seven Injured in Bonsall Crash on the I-15 Freeway
BONSALL, Calif. (May 16, 2022) — Seven people were injured, three critically, in a Bonsall multi-vehicle crash Saturday night on the Interstate 15 Freeway.
The collision occurred about 8 p.m. on May 16th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials responded to the northbound lanes of the I-15 Freeway, along with Cal Fire Riverside paramedics.
They located a total of people suffering from a range of injuries following the crash near Gopher Canyon Road.
There were two victims who did not require hospitalization, but five others were taken to local hospitals including three with major injuries.
Two people hurt in the crash were treated for moderate condition.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the crash.
