2-Vehicle Collision on I-15 Freeway in Hesperia
HESPERIA, Calif. (Dec. 4, 2024) — A box truck overturned in a crash involving a silver Kia sedan Tuesday on the Interstate 15 Freeway near Bear Valley Road.
The traffic accident occurred at around 12:53 p.m., on Dec. 3, 2024, according to Victor Valley News Group.
Witnesses told police a driver cut off a silver Kia before the sedan swerved into the path of the oncoming box truck and the two vehicles collided.
The truck overturned onto its side partially in the parking lot of the Range RV, which is located between the 15 freeway and Mariposa Road.
Police were told the woman who allegedly caused the Kia and truck to crash, stopped to check on the condition of the drivers and when she felt they were okay, she left the scene.
The California Highway Patrol’s Victorville’s office is heading up the investigation into the crash.
